Bloody Guest – a Mystery Dinner Night
Are you ready for an evening where nothing is as it seems?
For one night, Hickarö transforms into a theatrical stage where every glance, gesture, and line may be crucial.
The story moves between shadows and lies – and only the most observant will make it to the end.

Doors open at 5:30 PM. The program starts at 6:00 PM. Duration approx. 2.5 hours.

 

Starter
Jerusalem artichoke soup with a beetroot heart and toasted seed crunch.
Served with crispy seed bread.

 

Main Course
Tender beef in a rich pepper sauce,
shallots braised in red wine, rosemary-roasted root vegetables, and creamy potato purée.

OR
Pan-fried whitefish with fennel–white wine sauce,
rosemary-roasted vegetables, and creamy potato purée.

 

Dessert
Fresh cherry parfait with dark chocolate sauce and a finishing touch of fresh cherry.
